George Washington and Abraham Lincoln

Hope everyone had a great week! I sent the March snack calendar home in the Friday folders and I will post it on here soon. This week we have been learning a lot about our presidents!

Kindergarten Valentine's Day Poems

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day! We had fun reading many books and poems about Valentine's Day! We made this poem book as a valentine to our parents and guardians at home :) Hope you enjoy.

Chinese New Year! Gung Hay Fat Choy :)

Last week we learned all about the Chinese New Year! We started our week with a school wide reading train to kick of our Chinese New Year reading month!






We learned about many of the traditions of the Chinese New Year. We made chinese lanterns, gave chinese red gift bags, learned how to write Chinese numbers and had oranges as a snack!





We even took a virtual trip to China!




We ended the week with our Dragon Parade! We had a blast making our Chinese dragon!! Here are some pictures and a video of the Dragon Parade!
